Upcoming workplace violence and harassment inspections

youtube-ministryThe Ontario Ministry of Labour, Occupational Health and Safety Division has prepared a YouTube video explaining the requirements and employers’ responsibilities, obligations under the Occupational Health and Safety Act, workplace violence and harassment prevention provisions (bill 168).

The video also outlines what inspectors will be looking for during workplace inspections.

Very good insight on what to prepare for.
