I strongly agree that small businesses should participate in these WSIB learning sessions. It is important to be exposed to these risks and learn how to avoid them before they actually happen in the workplace. When one of your employees has a work-related injury, dealing with the Workplace Safety & Insurance Board can be an overwhelming and time-consuming process!
