Employee declined modified work offered, thus, not entitled to further WSIB benefits
In a recent matter held before the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal, a worker appealed the decision of an Appeals Resolution Officer (ARO). The ARO had concluded that the modified work offered to the worker was suitable and therefore he was not entitled to loss of earnings benefits.
