UN Special Rapporteur releases privacy report

The UN Special Rapporteur on the right to privacy, Ana Brian Nougrères, released a report in December, 2022 suggesting that it was necessary to take a look at all of the data that was collected in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic—from millions of people in all countries—and ask some critical questions.
