We are very pleased to announce that Kevin Sambrano will be sharing his expertise with our readers on First Reference Talks. He will be covering issues surrounding human rights, employment law and workplace investigation, starting this month.
Kevin Sambrano (B.A.A.) is a Toronto based paralegal student who is passionate about human rights, employment law and workplace investigation. Kevin graduated from Ryerson University with a Bachelor of Applied Arts, and worked for a number of years as a tenant advocate organizing over 100 tenant associations and taking part in over 100 mediations. Kevin’s legal career began in 2005 when he gave a deputation at Queen’s Park in regard to Bill 109, which later became the existing legislation known as the Residential Tenancies Act. Kevin enjoys advocacy as well as legal research and continues to write legal articles and to present in various areas of law. Kevin is completing his internship specializing in human rights legislation and employment law at De Bousquet Law.
