The use of electronic cigarettes ("e cigarettes") in public places and in the workplace has given rise to numerous debates. Indeed, the legislative and regulatory requirements are uncertain since e cigarettes are still an unknown quantity in terms of impacts on users' health and on individuals nearby who may be exposed.
