2014-15 province-wide ESA inspection blitzes
The Ontario Ministry of Labour proactive enforcement blitz and initiative schedules for the Employment Standards Program have been announced. The goal of these inspection blitzes is to ensure worker rights are protected and enhance employers’ awareness of their responsibilities under the Employment Standards Act and Regulations. Disclosure about departing employee allowed under privacy law
