Employer’s unilateral change of bonus provisions unenforceable

Prescription drug benefit changes to OHIP+
On June 30, 2018, Christine Elliott, the new Minister of Health and Long-Term Care, announced changes to the OHIP+ program that will focus on only providing benefits to those who do not have existing prescription drug benefits.
