On February 5, 2019, the Pay Equity Office launched the 2019 Employer Questionnaire Project, which consists of reaching out to a sample of employers who had received a Notice of Decision.
Since France’s law about the right to disconnect became public, this right has gained popularity around the world because of concerns related to unpaid overtime and excess workload and stress that is burning out employees who are working beyond the standard hours of work (on their free time and rest periods).
Final data are now available on full-time university academic teaching staff in public universities for the 2011/2012 to 2015/2016 academic years from the Full-time University and College Academic Staff System. (In PDF)
