Do you need to complete a T2200 for employees?

A T2200, Declaration of Conditions of Employment, is a Canada Revenue Agency form that an employer completes and gives to the employee when an employee’s conditions of employment requires them to work from home and causes them to incur expenses in the course of their employment, not covered by the company.

The Ontario Ministry of Labour has recently clarified its internal interpretation of the definition of “critical Injury” under Clause 1(d) and (e) of Regulation 834 under the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
