New version of ESA poster available
In light of the Fair Workplaces, Better Jobs Act, 2017 (Bill 148) changes to the Employment Standards Act, the previous version of the poster is now out of date. As a result, the Ontario Ministry of Labour has published a new “streamlined” 7.0 version of the poster.

Supporting Regulations to implement Bill 148 filed
On December 18, 2017, the Ontario government filed a number of supporting regulations aimed at the clarifying and implementing of various elements of the Fair Workplaces, Better Jobs Act (Bill 148) which significantly amends the Employment Standards Act and Labour Relations Act.
