Pay transparency legislation passed
On April 26, 2018, the Ontario government gave third reading and passed Bill 3, Pay Transparency Act, 2018, to increase transparency in hiring processes and give women more information when negotiating compensation that is equal to their male peers.
Taxability of employee discounts
